OceanEdge was the first apartment complex commenced within Port Coogee Estate. The site is also located approximately 500 metres south of Marina Edge. TRG Properties is developing OceanEdge comprising 101 apartments which has to date been a highly successful project setting a good precedent the Marina Edge project.
TRG Properties acquired three townhouse sites in LandCorp’s Perry Lakes estate. The Podium Terraces development consists of 33 terraced homes designed by leading Western Australian architects Cameron Chisholm & Nicol.
TRG Properties through Develop Australia Corporation, is developing a number of medium and high density sites in a village style apartment project adjoining the Ellenbrook civic square.
In 2004 TRG Properties acquired 2 rundown old properties in West Perth, the favoured location for Australian resources companies’ corporate offices. TRG Properties was able arrange the first plot ratio transfer and associated plot ratio bonus within the City of Perth enabling development of a 3,500 sqm nla A Grade office building. A major tenant was secured and the building sold prior to construction. The sale price is believed to have set a record per square metre price for commercial real estate in West Perth which still stands today.
TRG Properties acquired Lots 102 and 103 Hay Street East Perth from the East Perth Redevelopment Authority (now the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority) in 2006. Sovereign Place (named for the adjacent Queens Gardens park) comprised forty two luxury townhouses and apartments and despite being sold in the boom 2007 market, completed and successfully settled in 2009 post the GFC.
TRG Properties’ successful ‘Pearson & Victoria’ project is a significant 155 unit development located within Melbourne’s inner northern suburb of Brunswick.
Lake Reflections comprised 2 separate buildings with 87 apartments allocated on designated “Landmark Sites” in LandCorp’s Joondalup Estate. TRG Properties acquired the two neighbouring sites from another developer that was unable to meet LandCorp’s development timetable. TRG Properties’ expeditious delivery on this high quality, successful project enabled project completion well ahead of LandCorp’s timeline and in full compliance with Council’s strict design requirements for the site.
