The Perry Lakes estate is managed by LandCorp on behalf of the West Australian Government and the acquisition of the two development sites for the Empire project was awarded through a competitive public tender process. LandCorp’s Perry Lakes Design Guidelines are aimed at fusing historical relevance with contemporary design in one of Perth’s most prestigious suburbs. The Project offers investors the opportunity to participate in this unique development.

The Empire Residences project received Development Approval from the West Australian Planning Commission, on 27 February 2014.
