Mr Camarri was a Partner at the legal firm, Freehills, between 1973 and 2003. He practices as a corporate lawyer and consults to Herbert Smith Freehills. Mr Camarri also holds board positions of various other public and private companies in the mining, construction and manufacturing industries. He brings substantial skills to TransLinQ in the commercial, legal and compliance areas.
Mr Mohiuddin is the Chief Executive of Colliers International in Western Australia. Mr Mohiuddin has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry having previously worked at National Mutual (now AXA) and Jones Lang LaSalle. Mr Mohiuddin brings a range of property expertise and contacts to TransLinQ.
Mr Trevisan is the Managing Director of the Transcontinental Group and TRG Properties and has been responsible for overseeing TRG Properties’ business and all aspects of undertaking multiple large property developments and investments for over a decade. He started his career as a solicitor in corporate, property and natural resources in Allens Arthur Robinson Group firm, Parker & Parker.
Mr Donner is the Managing Director of the LinQ Group. He has over 30 years of expertise in both retail and wholesale funds management, corporate and project financing, equity and debt capital raisings, and investment advising in Australia and overseas. He formerly held the position of Director at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Limited and was a senior executive at Citicorp Group. Mr Donner has been investing in the property sector (both residential and commercial real estate) for over 10 years.
Ms Trevisan is an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of TRG Properties. Ms Trevisan has over 25 years of property experience mostly with multi-residential and mixed-use development projects and has been involved in the delivery of large scale inner city developments both nationally in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth and internationally in London and Berlin. Tanya is the current President of The Property Council of Australia (WA) and a director of the national board of the Property Council of Australia (PCA). She is a regular guest speaker and panellist for the PCA(WA) and has previously been a guest speaker for the Royal Australian Institute of Architects (NSW) and the Green Building Council of Australia (WA), with her particular focus on apartment design and the density debate. She has also lectured on and taught architectural design at two universities in NSW (UNSW and UTS).
During a period spanning well over thirty years Mr Trevisan played major roles in the acquisition and development of residential, retail and commercial property in Western Australia, Queensland and Victoria. During the early eighties Mr Trevisan was responsible for introducing Target Supermarkets to Western Australia with major shopping centre developments in Kelmscott, Mt Hawthorn and Balga amongst others. As Executive Director of a leading property development company at that time he was also responsible for several other substantial developments in Western Australia including the regional shopping centre in Midland originally named Swan City and subsequently rebadged as Midland Gate, and the office development at 200 Adelaide Terrace, within the Perth Central Business District. Other significant national developments included a major role in the redevelopment of the Hoffnung site in the Brisbane CBD and a substantial industrial development for Bridgestone in Victoria.
In the early nineties Transcontinental Group acquired the Roy Weston Real Estate Group and over the years Mr Trevisan was responsible for growing that organisation into the largest real estate company in Western Australia with over 50 offices. More recently as Chairman of TRG Properties Mr Trevisan has been instrumental in positioning TRG Properties to undertake a substantial number of significant residential and commercial developments in Western Australia and Victoria.
Mr Trevisan has over a period of time also been involved in numerous corporate scenarios involving the financing of mergers and acquisitions, the restructuring of industrial, petroleum and mineral resources based public companies and the establishment from start-up of substantial businesses.
Mrs Hudson is an Executive Director of the Transcontinental Group private entities including TRG Properties Pty Ltd.
Mrs Hudson practiced as a solicitor with large national and international law firms in Perth and in London since 1997, specialising in construction law and has primary responsibility for legal and contractual matters for TRG Properties and more generally the Group.
Mr Durack has over 30 years’ experience in finance in Australia, Europe and Southeast Asia. His commercial experience includes time worked in the accounting profession with now PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr Durack has also held many senior financial Director and Secretarial roles with both large public and private entities. He was previously the CFO and Company Secretary of the Responsible Entity for the LinQ Resources Fund.
Mr Heyndrickx is London based and brings over 10 years of international experience in corporate finance and advisory, having worked with international investment banks in London where he has lead and executed many transactions both for public and private companies. Mr Heyndrickx is a qualified Authorised Representative with the UK Financial Conduct Authority and has extensive knowledge of regulations around corporate governance.
Mr Telford has over 8 years commercial experience working in accounting and finance roles with both accounting firms and international investment banks. Before joining LinQ, Mr Telford held a position in Structured Capital Markets with Barclays Capital (London). Mr Telford predominantly provides transaction expertise, including sourcing equity and debt capital, financial modelling and analysis, and marketing and sales services.
